So I work in a factory, there is this guy who is gorgeous, I literally love him, nobody at work knows I’m bi, and I’d prefer that, how can I subtly ask the guy if he’d want a blow Job, or is it too risky?

How would that be sexual harassment?
Speaking to anyone in the work place about anything sexual and blowjobs are considered an item of sex can be considered sexual harassment. That would be in the USA, since you are in Britain the laws may be different. I would keep my fucking and sex out of my place of work. It can so easily get to a place where one wishes it would never have gotten and then it is to late to put the genie back in the bottle so to speak.

Thanks for the genuine advice to the people who gave it. A few people deffo seem to be boring cunts with the negative and boring comments.

Sadly the best advice is often boring advice.

Remember people on the ground often yell to a potential jumper to jump off a building., for their own gratification.

Asking to suck someone's cock at work is definitely sexual harassment.

If OP's object of affection was a woman, and he asked her if he could fuck her, what do you think would happen? Same rules apply

Why would you risk your job (and future jobs), your reputation or your physical safety (maybe even your life) for something you know you likely can't have? Plenty of fish in the sea. Stick to the certainties. This is not even to mention your arrogance in assuming every straight man can be turned. Although you claim to be bi and thus have had (or would have) sex with a woman, just imagine if a woman tried this to a guy who is 100% gay and what would the underlying assumption be?

I’m leery of any plan that requires intentionally getting someone drunk to suss out their willingness to allow a co-worker to suck their dick. That smacks of not only creepy rape vibes, but also of childish, petulant impulse control issues. “I want it so I get it cuz I get what I want and I want that!” Don’t be that kind of person. As someone who has been molested by an older co-worker you might get lucky and just end up being a putrid fucking human being, at worst you’ll lose your job and permanently ruin your chances of getting a new job when your behaviour costs you this one, even if getting him drunk works out for you that one night.

Too risky if he is truly straight.

Well first of all, you said you’d prefer if they didn’t know you were bi so if ud like to keep it that way id suggest not to say anything.

If ur friendly w him and lets say u guys go out to have a few drinks after work a couple of times, only then bring up the subject but def not like ‘ur hot, i wanna suck ur dick’ just start a convo about sex and if u see hes comfortable about discussing topics like this then carry on and somehow end up mentioning guys fooling around w guys. If hes into it, ull know it.

I never shit where I eat.

I am social with everyone at company social occasions. I never socialize with other work employees when it is not a company sanctioned function.

agree don't shit on your own door step.

but disagree about socialising outside work sanctioned social occasions - i mix with a number of my colleagues, both seniors, peers and juniors, all know i'm gay i don't hide it, but i'd never come on to anyone. And i happily chat about general 'life' stuff with certain people, not all as you need to pick carefully who you can with.

if you want to lose your job or lose a friend, go ahead and ask. If you want to keep both, don’t do it.

You girls are really something.

What’s the worse that can happen? Being fired? Sexual harassment?
