Should i be concerned about a scar

When i was a boy i lived in a heavily wooded area. Like all young boys playing in the woods was the best. Tree houses and climbing were fun and all but tiny dangers lurk in the woods. I'm talking about ticks. I've been bitten, not once, but twice by ticks on my genitals. Both times it "inflated" slightly and one of the bites left a scar on the head. There might be a glimpse of it in one of my photos, but i'm kinda self conscious about it.
