I have something very similar to it and honestly have only used it a couple of times.

It's not something Iwant to drag out everytime I masturbate (quite cumbersome) and my husband has played with me with it twice.

For us, it doesn't work... and yes, not nearly as "fluid" as porn makes it appear. Lots of stopping and starting and working out the kinks.
