From what reading I've done regarding surgery to cut suspensory ligaments to lengthen the penis, it's a procedure that still is not without risks. The "extended" length often poses future problems with an erection becoming more "uncontrolled" or "flimsy". --The limited benefits of the surgery seem to be more for an improved flaccid size most reliably. Also, the recovering patient pretty much has to agree to wear a "penis extender device" for a number of weeks after the surgery itself to help assist in the healing process and to keep the penis reliably straightened during recovery. And wearing that contraption seems to imply an awful lot of extra worry and frustration (it sounds like to me!)
But the main thing I believe to keep in mind here is that the (few) most reputable surgeons in the field of penis enhancement surgery carefully put their potential patients through a rather thorough physical AND psych evaluation first before really seriously being considered for these surgeries. Typically, a man has to be exceptionally behind and considerably under average penis dimensions BEFORE he's an acceptable candidate to undergo the knife. In other words, there has to be the demonstrated physical need to enlarge the penis as opposed to resolving a man's emotional yearning to be bigger.
In this case lafever, I suppose I'm joining the others here who are most kindly talking to YOU in particular.
--It doesn't seem you any have cause to consider this surgery...at all.
But, it's nice you came to us here, to help guide your thinking.
