Should I just get circumcised?

Hey all, I keep getting balantitis, smegma, premature ejaculation, and yeast infections often being uncut. I'm 39 and these have been an issue increasingly since 30. Should I just get a circumcision? My urologist says it's that or these issues will just get worse.

I would suggest that you try washing it often. Use wet wipes also. ... Hand sanitizer (it may burn for a bit, but you'll live..) ... Mando spray or cream daily (stops bacterial growth). ... Jock itch powdered spray on top of that (stops fungal growth). This regimen for a while should make a Big difference in clearing it up.

It's a very personal decision but I had it done and am very pleased with the outcome. No hygene issues now whatsoever
