I've been stuck at 8" for some time now. The manual stretching and jelqing worked great in the beginning, but I think I've exhausted my gains. I'm sure with the right intensity, I could keep gaining, but my hands just aren't strong enough. So I thought I'd start hanging instead.
I should note that all I care about right now is length. I really just want to get to 9", and then I can worry about girth.
So should I hang? Are there any disadvantages to hanging aside from privacy (which isn't an issue for me)?
