Recently got a la pumpsorksy set and loving it and the increase I've seen already is there any merit to warming up using a bathmate or cooking down with one does anyone have experience with this?

some times its good to keep useing it but if you cant fit inside it any more then your not able to use it. I'm sure some would like to get your bath mate off you
