Considering the last person who posted about their home surgery ended up with an infection, I'd probably say no, and that anything like this that you put in your body ought to be done by a certified medical professional.

I would ask a plastic surgeon.

It doesn't sound like you're planning to do it yourself. But fillers can be more tricky when you're not circumcised.

I did it myself at home. And I don't think I got an infection, just hit a vein and swelled with blood. Seems all good now, but scary and I don't recommend doing it yourself
