Considering the last person who posted about their home surgery ended up with an infection, I'd probably say no, and that anything like this that you put in your body ought to be done by a certified medical professional.

Good point, was reading flagships post and the issue he had. Would definitely get medical advice before doing anything
Just look at a semi permanent option first to see the gains and what’s it like to live with. If everything goes well will look at permanent options like pmaa or bellafill
It doesn't sound like you're planning to do it yourself. But fillers can be more tricky when you're not circumcised.
I did it myself at home. And I don't think I got an infection, just hit a vein and swelled with blood. Seems all good now, but scary and I don't recommend doing it yourself

Ive been looking at HA options myself, check out the phalloboards they pretty much are the LPSG of medical enlargement.
