Hey guys

Have been thinking of ditching the Good ol trunks for more traditional briefs or low rise briefs.

Reason being to show off my package some more.. make it more visible

Figure if I wear it to the left or right in the briefs it will make the shape visible thru my pants.

Moving around with trunks makes it fall down and face downwards where it's not really visible at all...

Are the days of the brief coming back?

How do I accentuate my dick in my underwear?

I think they're coming back. I wore them until I was 14 and then stopped once I started changing in a big open locker room. The other guys would've made fun of me. I've mostly been wearing boxer briefs and trunks the past few years, but decided to pick up some briefs a few weeks ago. I forgot how comfortable they are and how much support they provide. I'm a big fan.

I just don't get this. Must be a generational thing. Why would guys make fun of another dude wearing classic white briefs?

I don't know. My guess has been that briefs were considered childish and immature? Most of guys in my age group started out in briefs and then switched to boxers and boxer briefs for whatever reason just before middle school. I think they had been conditioned to believe that boxers and boxer briefs were more adult underwear and briefs were for kids and grandfathers.

I notice that it is hard to find briefs in many stores, except for FTL and Hanes. It's clear that boxer briefs are the fad. They hurt my left ball for some reason, so I can't wear them, even though I agree they look fashionable. I must admit, though, they are not very comfortable--not much support for the package. I have found some Michael Kohrs briefs that are comfortable.
You can find tons more brands online...and cheap when they’re on sale. Try freshpair.com, skivvies.com, international jock, or aussiebum.com

@Euro612

Co-incidentally I went shopping for briefs the other day and noticed the opposite case.

Briefs seem to be going out of favour.
Whilst they are still available, the large department stores (in London) are virtually all boxers and boxer-briefs now.

I think they're being fazed out.
Though still popular in specialised (gay) retail outlets; like those in Old Compton St, London.
There has been a marked drop in the range and availability.

Anyone else noticed this ?

In UK I've noticed that key-hole briefs and boxer-briefs are becoming much less common. A department store range will have hardly anything to offer. Lines also seem to be going off the market. For example are Calvin Klein 365 (key-hole boxer briefs) still available from CK? (It is possible to find fakes.) Is there a replacement for these in the CK range?

I'll be in Soho tomorrow and will check out the shops in Old Compton St.

'Prowler' on the corner of Brewer St and Rupert St has possibly the best selection of briefs, jocks and other underwear.
Clone Zone and FIFTY & DEAN in Old Compton St also have a large stock of briefs.

@Jason - I forgot to look for these (Calvin Klein 365) but will be in the area again tomorrow.
