I have a problem with shrinkage other than the obvious that i'm not sure happens to most people because i dont hear it being mentioned with shrinkage. Its that when my penis shrinks, which is due to the cold weather outside and has happened alot since its winter and cold where i live, but i also pee alot and when i pee and my penis has shrunk due to the cold, it hurts to pee, and i have to somehow get my penis to unshrink.

Has anyone else noticed that your penis has shrunken alot so that it hurts to pee?
I have a feeling this is more common than i think.

Urination shouldn't be painful, shrinkage or not. I'd consult a urologist.

I agree. You should see the doc for the pain. Otherwise, when I go backpacking in the winter, my dick has serious shrinkage, it's amazing it all goes inside. I need to pull it out to take a leak.

Go see a doctor. Something is wrong if you have painful urination.
