Quick question for all....As we all know, this site has many a large penis. What is the smallest you have been, and what were the conditions to cause such a shrinkage?

I go from 6.34 inches to barely visibile, especially when swimming in cold water...

About 3'' is the smallest I've ever been. That was after standing outside for a while at a freezing cold soccer game a couple of years ago.
