Depending on weather and what's in view..... anywhere from 1-2" flaccid to 6.5" erect.

We all use terms like "grower" or "shower", but maybe we should also add "shrinker". I get down to an inch or two, and unfortunately I swim a lot so I'm spending a bit of time in cold water. I like to think that when I go from 1" shrivelled to 8" hard, that means I grew 8x my size which sounds pretty impressive!

Smallest - 2.75" (but still near the girth of an average man at about 4.7")

My first gf saw it once and said "That's the smallest I've EVER seen you." My current gf sees it regularly and always goes something like "AWWWW it's soooo cuteeee" in a high voice and usually proceeds to tickle it or squeeze it. She and I have referred to it as my "Two and Three Quarter Inch Killer" several times since in front of her friends and mine, heh.

My flaccid range goes from 2.75" to 5". The former being in cold conditions (ice on me or something), and the latter in my relaxed morning state (nonerect). I average 3.5" to 4" inches flaccid in normal conditions.

Fluffed, I remain somewhat flaccid in the 6" range. An annoying thing about my dick is that it's rather heavy and doesn't stand very well until I'm fully hard at 7 inches down and 6 around.

Seems like there are lots of threads on size, but it is a concern for lots of us. Usually I'm around 3 1/2 " soft -- though sometimes I can be less than that when I'm anxious about something.

Just curious what is your absolute minimum size?

Like when you come back from jogging on a cold day, after drinking coffee (vasoconstrictor) or when you are stressed.
Please be honest with your answers and give your max. erect size to compare.

Mine grows from 4" in shrivelled state to 8.75" erect.

Absolute smallest I get is a little under 4" (Erect @ 7.5")

I wish mine was a big in its normal flaccid state as some of you guys are shriveled. I can get as smaller than an inch. When I bike ride in bike shorts, it will actually disappear inside the fat pad and I'm not all that heavy. Normal flacid is about 3-4" and thank God it grows to 7 1/4" when hard.

My normal soft state is 1.5" but it can get to about 1" when cold. I grow to 4" erect.

Let's just say that I try not to take life as seriously as others do. Being small and having been laughed at before, I think the cartoons are a good representation of the non-serious side of me.

When I am in the flaccid state I cannot locate my penis, I have to wait for a piss to develop then I can sort of feel around for it in the spray. Its probably 1.5 to 2 inches after this discovery process. When erect it never gets longer than 5 inches.
