Judging from the rest of what I had written, my intent probably was obvious, but I meant to say that, in my experience, I had observed more shy, self-effacing guys with big dicks and overbearing, so-called "cocky" guys with small dicks. Perhaps someone else's experience has been different.

This is true sometimes. I know of a guy who is a huge extrovert but will go far out of his way to avoid showing his wang. I've seen enough to know he has a small one.

But shyness = small wang? I agree with everyone else. No.
