I am being self indulgent, and just so happy, I finally managed to land a corner unit on the 32nd floor of the Sierra Tower facing the ocean and city. I've been waiting to buy for long time, so I'll be renting it out. I bought it as a rental property for now until I get tired of house living. Just wanted to share my good news. :smile: Sorry if it seems like bragging, it's not meant to.

Great building. Thou some of the units when you buy them. You than have to gut them from top to bottom. Congrats on the purchase. Now your right next door to the Hamburger Hamlet.
