T levels decrease as the day wears on and your body gets tired. More difficult to obtain and maintain an erection at night than in the morning. For years i only needed a pill at night, i could perform fine in the morning, so you need a higher dose at night try 50 and if not working go go 75. Or try cialis 100 which can work for a few days
Sildenafil and Cialis are affected by foods, especially fatty foods, so the decrease in effectiveness during the day could be simply because you've eaten before taking the meds. The maximum typical dose is 100mg so you can safely try increasing to 50mg. Best of course to talk with your doctor first.

I've had off an on issues with ED since moving to Atlanta, a lot of it to do with depression, I think. Seeing a DR. next week to look into both anti-depressants and sildenafil (insurance doesn't cover Viagra or Cialis). It happens. But it's good to know that food affects how effective it is.
I had to stop using Viagra because it caused heart palpitations. It also raised my blood pressure. It got kind of scary the last time I used it. But it sure did make me rock hard.
I've never used Cialis, is it the same formula as Viagra? I would like to try something else without the side effects as I experienced with Viagra. With the Viagra I could feel my heartbeat in my throat. Scary.

Cialis is not the same as Viagra. I tried Viagra before and didn't care for it. Cialis for me works up to three days after taking it. It's very inexpensive to order on line. You or anyone else can message me if your interested.
Thank you for the offer. I think I should research the side effects concerning mess I take for other health issues. I take about 4 prescribed medications. I must make sure there are no interactions with them.

Usually viagra was used to treat hypertension, most of the time can cause low blood pressure and even worse if you take it with other BP meds. You were probably feeling rapid heart rate because your body was trying to compensate with the low blood pressure. Just my opinion. Not a Doctor either.

No it is different - for occasional ED I did not tolerate Viagra well - I respond much better to Coalis - it also lasts three days
You are probably right about the rapid heart rate. I was about to give myself a heart attack.
I looked up the interactions of meds I use and there are two that I use that are not compatible with Cialis. So that is out for me.

Update: went to see my doctor today, discussed issues. Mostly related to depression/anxiety due to a lot of major life changes over the last year. Apparently it's very common for ED to be a symptom from time to time. Lately I can make it to home base, but it takes a ton of work up and I don't last too long. Changing my diet, exercising more, and in the meantime, was given a prescription for 100mg Viagra in the meantime (she recommended taking a half a tablet at a time to start off). Bad news, insurance doesn't seem to cover it, so they gave me one of those one year 50% off cards. Still expensive as hell, but I was told it was definitely getting FDA approved for a generic version this year, so the cost should be able to go down soon. Gonna take a half tablet this weekend when the lady friend and I get together, hoping it works like a charm!
