In order to have actual silicone injected into a penis you will have to go outside of United States shores. The procedures were declared illegal by the FDA inside the United States many decades ago. Though many do this, the problems from these procedures can be very severe. Yes, there are good ones, but the disasters can result in the worst cases in a penectomy and or amputation of the testicles and scrotum. There are a few Yahoo groups that will give you leads on this, but, in spite of being instant gratification the look is usually far from natural and immune reactions can take even a good job and make a mess years later.
