In South America, PMMA injections aren't unheard of. :x It's pretty much flexible fiberglass being injected - most often used in the butt apparently. Looks like that's what we have here, as everything looks pretty solid. x_x Still weird. Why do people have to go overboard with this stuff? It can all be done to a sensible level.

Knew a guy in Dallas that had his balls enlarged with silicone, his ass "rounded out/shaped" with silicone, his pecs (silicone implants), his calfs (implants), and his lips. Have to confess that he hadn't gone overboard on anything and his pecs, balls and ass looked great though I never actually touched them. Another friend did and said his ass felt fine but the balls were different - oddly heavy.
