Into the bloodstream -- not likely at all; the walls of the blood vessels form a sufficient physical barrier against migration.
Into other parts of the body? Gravity is likely to pull a small amount of it into the scrotum during the initial few hours before the silicone has set. After setting, migration is unlikely.

[/b][/quote]Hel no, I've never had any kind of surgery other than removing my wisdom teeth. I met her boss, and some woman that was there told him she wanted my lips. So, he took some pictures of my eyes and nose and lips for people to pick out.

No, I'm not trying to inflate your ego at all. I just find you attractive and I have no problem letting you know that. I think people should be told when someons finds them sexy, etc. I know it can get awfully old but it is always nice to hear. Now if that gives you a big ego, then that is your own issue (not that I think you have one by any way, shape or form).

I went in for the "snip" and the surgeon did not like what he saw when he looked at one of my vas - and that night I had one ball removed because of suspected cancer. That was sort of bad, but worse was the post-operative infection I got which really chewed me up. It took two years to finally kill the bugs & skin grafting thereafter. I ended up with a miniscule package, and no wish to risk starting the infection off again. For me, silicone was the answer.
