I have seen Italian Stallion, as it was renamed after Stallone's success in Rocky, though it's been a few years now. It used to be a fixture of little mom-and-pop video stores' "adult selection".

It was basically soft-core. I don't remember any penetration shots or cumshots, and the sex, such as it was depicted (or suggested), was really vanilla.

Stallone's incredible physique is not in evidence, although he has a fine average-to-muscular build with a small gut and love-handle backfat. I remember that his ass was very nice.

I'm not sure if I saw a watered down version, but I don't remember much sex in that movie. I remember nudity, a not too interesting story and poor picture quality. It was like an R rated "B" movie that you'd see at the drive in. People rented it out of curiosity and probably still do.
