ive never really been the guy with a rock hard erection. so i decided it was time to make a change and make my penis healthier. i cut back on my smoking from over a pack a day to just a few ciggs a day. i also started taking vitams,fish oil,l-arginine,etc. as well as going back to the gym and lifting weights again. doing these simple but effective things ive increased the blood flow to my penis giving me rock hard erections and a slightly thicker penis :smile: . im really enjoying the new me and im gonna continue to improve my health and my dicks health lol. anyways just wanted to share that, figured maybe someone somewhere could benefit from this as well.
