Not sure what you mean by "acceptable". To fellow members of the LPSG? Yes, of course. To prospective partners? Again, yes, of course.
As a human being? Absolutely! Don't dwell on it because I can assure you no-one else will. Like everyone else, you're not "perfect", but people will see you as a guy, not a single testicle with a guy attached! In fact, unless you make an issue of it, you'd be amazed how few people will even notice:smile:.
