That's the problem with swimming. Its great exercise but the swimmer is always subject to lane crowding, fees, pool schedule, and whatever other whims of the pool operator.

Too true; I love to swim, but sometimes the pool is closed :(

And I finally worked out a low-scale ab/arm workout for people like who don't go to the gym or own any equipment, LOL. Takes me about twenty minutes to complete (I'm in no hurry, too).

Currently, this is the routine; probably will up the number of push ups as time passes (left wrist just recovered from sprain):


5 perfect push ups
5 leg raises (about 60 degrees upwards)
100 crunches
5 leg raises
5 perfect push ups
5 leg raises
100 sit ups
5 leg raises
5 perfect push ups


In addition to thrice-a-week jogging/swimming.

It doesn't take up too much of my time, and it's given me four packs so far, so I'm not complaining.

Main focus is to stay healthy and trim, though :biggrin1:
