sit-ups

    how do you bigger guys ever do a sit-up comfortably? i'm only of average size but still every time i do my sit-ups my balls get squished in my legs or something like that. so if it's a problem for me, i can't imagine how annoying it is for you well-endowed guys.

    Easy solution: spread out your legs more.

    Easier solution. Don't do sit ups. :biggrin1:

    Dude, I really don't understand why you can't do sit-ups without racking yourself. If you do sit-ups naked and your junk is hanging between your legs, just give it more room. Spread those thighs. You'll be fine.

    When I do crunches, I'm generally supported and nothing gets smashed.

    ya i have pretty big nuts and have never had this problem, i either rest all my junk on top of my legs or let it fall through my legs
