Went to the sauna for the first time yesterday! Was very nervous but relaxed pretty quickly. A (very hot) Turkish guy kinda looked after me! There were some stalls available for changing bt nobody used them!

Another sauna trip - a guy was naked in the actual sauna tonight and nobody seemed to mind. Again, great to spend some time in there and to be naked in a relaxed environment feels so natural and not pressurised or judgmental at all!
