As far as I know, there isn't any scientific or even anecdotal data to indicate that these factors affect penis size.

In terms of masturbation, I guess it is possible that repeated ejaculation could lower your hormone levels a bit or stress penile tissue, reducing growth marginally, but this is only speculation. A solid night's rest probably has more to do with penis growth during adolescence than either of these factors.

If masturbation stunts growth then that's the reason I'm only 5'5".
If it increases penis size I'd have a 24" or 36" monster but I only have 5".
So, it may stunt growth but definitely does not increase penis size.
