Its not a binary matter/doesn't matter decision. My attraction to a guy is the net result of a bunch of pros and cons. A big dick while arguably nice is only one of those pros.
For instance, on the physical side, is the guy handsome? well built? well dressed? hygienic and well groomed? And then there's the whole mental and social side to consider as well. Do our personalities complement each other or do they clash? Do we share common interests? worldviews? attitudes? And even when it comes to sexual matters dick size is still only one variable. Does he know good foreplay? does he know how to be gentle? Does he know how to listen and communicate? Do our kinks and turnoffs line up?

Not to me, but cut / uncut does. Everyone is different. Facial attractiveness is what comes first. I would spend time with a handsome man with an incredibly tiny wiener over an unattractive (to me) man with a gigantic one every day of the week.

To me. I'm not making an opinion for anyone else. All our tastes aren't the same. Sometimes they are.
Size does matter. Obviously there is a range of size that makes no difference.
For example, if someone had a 1 inch erection vs someone with a 4 inch erection. I would go with the guy who had a 4 inch erection.
If there was a guy with a 4 inch erection and a guy with 5 inch erection, it probably would come down to other factors other than penis size.
