Size of a penis compared to body length

I'd say that at a certain size, height or penix length and girth, The unit has to stand on it's own as huge or not, regardless of how tall the person is. IMHO, the individual that is handling it, has got to be so close to it that it doesn't matter whether there's a 5"8" body or a 6"7" person that it is attached to.
