It depends! Is your girth (7" is impressive!) uniform from head to base? If it's big at the base but you want to increase it toward the head, then get a tube that's about 7" girth (2.25" dia). This will only allow the portion toward the head to expand. But, if your girth is already 7" from base to head, get a tube that everything can expand to fill (a 2.5" dia tube would allow all to expand to 8" girth.
Get a 2.25 should be fine and give you room to grow. Happy pumping
Buy a wider cylinder like a 2.5 or a 2.25
i recommend the 2.5 though because narrow cylinders or cylinders with small diameter can cause blisters on the glans of your penis
the narrow cylinder will cause too much pressure to land on the glans
if you buy a larger in diameter cylinder the vacuum pressure will be evenly distributed on your penis allowing you to practice for longer times and more frequent
plus you’ll only need to buy one cylinder

What are you going for? Length or girth? If girth get one bigger than your girth, if length get one that fits snugly and only allows length expansion. KISS,
