Ok guys I have a question. Recently I have noticed my penis varies in size from day to day. Now my girth dosnt appear to change but my length does. Today my gf and I were having sex and I noticed my penis looked shorter, so I measured and it was almost a half an inch shorter. Do you think it could be because I have been smoking cigars latly or because I am getting sick? Also are there things you can eat and do to improve errections without doing size excersices.

You were probably not rock hard like the last time you measured.
Cigarettes has no influence on lenght of dick, only cold and heat has influence and that only on flaccid dicks, not erect.

Idk I read a lot of places that cigar and cigarettes make the size vary because of blood vessel restriction.
