Size wise through the years

A question I have wondered about but never seen mentioned.

Size wise is there any correlation between penis size between people at the same ages through time so E.G.

Is there a tendency for people of the same age (say 5) to at different ages retain similar size penises if they were that size since young so
at say 5,12,17,25 many of the same size at 5 would be similar in size at the other ages

If growth is significantly divergent from a base age as the years go by what would determine size at the various ages.

Also would the above hold true for both flaccid and erect and length and girth.

Dunno but I do know that when I worked on elderly wards at hospital the old dudes had massive balls. I mean really huge, like fucking tennis balls. Not sure why they would increase in size like that but it was a source of amusement for us.
