What is it with people who add you or contact you. You start a conversation with them and all is fine then suddenly nothing, not even a bye

Just so rude and I am at the point of no longer accepting

Omg I just had this! Me and this guy really hit it off. The conversation was great, we both started conversation throughout the day, definitely had plenty of chemistry. Things went on for like 2 weeks. Then I wake up today and realize I hadn’t gotten anything. Let it go and then checked mid day…blocked. I was kind of sad frankly. lol. Seems to be a thing with Snapchat guys.
