Try adding a blanket instead, just sayin. I find it difficult getting outa bed on cold mornings so usually slip a T-shirt on to make it easier to move around.

I wear some form of shirt to bed, but otherwise naked. In winter, I wear a thermal long sleeve t shirt. I live where the room temp gets down to 6C overnight in winter. Otherwise it's just a t shirt, but in summer if it's warm enough, a muscle shirt is very comfortable. I hate having a draught over my shoulders in the night and really feel the cold on my upper body.

Same here. No central heat. I will only wear something on the lower half if the cold temperature is record setting and it is freezing in my home.

I have slept nude for the last 40 plus years, so I don't sleep well on those occasions when I need to wear anything to sleep in when with family and others. Nude I am more relaxed and comfortable.
