How do you position your penis while you wear slip swim suits. Upwards? Downwards Left? Right?

I've never heard of a slip swim suit. Is it a racing suit like a Speedo? If so, I would position it up and to the right. I don't like to point it downward in anything snug as the head gets pinched.
