Hi Guys,

I was recently self checking, and this issue has came back. I have had it from when I was around 7-8. It is a small pea size lump attached to my right testicle. Normally it doesn't hurt/ache or anything, but if I try to just feel it, it hurts a bit. It is only on my right one. I checked and it is not the little sperm tubes.

Does anyone have any idea?

Is it on the testicle, or just the scrotal sack? It *is* skin, and hairy skin at that, so it could be a sebaceous cyst.

Or, it could be something bad. What does your doctor say?

It's probably a cyst or an ingrown hair. Go see your doctor. Anywhere that hair grows there a huge chance of either of the above. Put your mind at ease and seea professional. Chances are it's totally harmless.

Go to the Doctor.

I've had a small lump on mine on an off - but apparently it's either a cyst, or a small blockage in one of the tubes. Comes n goes so apparently nothing to worry about.

Get it checked tho, and put your mind at rest. :)

Just go get it checked by your doctor, you don't want to take any chances. It's probably nothing but unlike prostate cancer, testicular cancer progresses fairly fast so don't let it wait. Also, if it is some sort of infection you may as well get it treated before it becomes a problem.

Go get it checked. It could be a variety of things. I had a lump on one of the tubes that carry seminal fluid (the vas deferens) and it was caused by a hit to the nuts when I was in high school. It was nothing but a bruise really and the weakened area was swollen.

If yours is on a testical, go get it checked. Don't be embarrassed or shy. Doctors, especially urologists, have seen it all.
