Smaller balls when hanging low

I feel like my balls are smaller when they hang low. Visually as well as feeling them in my hands.
Is it the same for you?

dudes it is because your sack skin is contracted it is tight and thicker so they seem bigger u your nuts are the same size it is the sack that has u got thicker when loose the skin is thinner but hangs lower again nuts are the same size
