In my limited experience which spans quite a height range (4'8" to 5'11") I found that taller women tended to have deeper(?) vaginas (i.e. could accomodate more length) but could not detect any difference in ability to accommodate girth. Please bear in mind this was not a scientific study carried out under lab conditions and the selected sample size is nowhere near as large as I would like it to be

In my experience, shorter girls have shorter vaginas, which means extra care on initial penetration for anyone longer than average. I doubt if average-length guys would notice any difference.

The only difference in tightness relative to height or build I have noticed is that some Asian girls can be both shorter and tighter inside than Western girls, and often shorter and petite in build too. But even then it's variable, because some Asian girls can be short and petite and quite average inside.
