3"??? That's mine when it's hard! LOL! When completely soft it is 1" at most but often just the head is visible. In your gallery you appear to be easily twice my size in both length and girth!! I am really impressed with the size of most of the guys on this site. mine never shrinks under around 4 inches, but it can get pretty skinny, especially when i am wet and cold. i'd say maybe even less than 4" (considering that it's almost 5.5 when erect), but am afraid to measure it in that state. girth shrinkage mostly.
