Try experimenting with different combinations of fruits and veggies. Be sure to balance as best you can. Too many fruits can overload you with natural sugars. Fruits like bananas can make your smoothie "smoother". And skip the dairy. Not the healthiest part of a smoothie anyway.

My daily smoothie always includes:
Fresh kale and/or spinach
Fresh banana
Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tbsp ground flax seed

To this I add any combo of frozen fruit. I keep on hand always, frozen strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, mango, pineapple, and peaches. Can't go wrong.

Back before I became allergic to milk, I'd make weight gain smoothies for the days I worked out. I'd fill a 2 quart blender 2/3's full of rocky road ice cream, add two bananas, 2 scoops of protein powder, and milk. The whole thing had over 5000 calories. My body would turn it into straight energy, and I'd lose weight.
