i'd eat it!
This thread reminds me Mark Menjivar's "You Are What You Eat" project. Very cool.
Here is what's in my fridge:
1 glass bottle local farmer's milk
vitamin C & D orange juice
3 large sticks of Irish Butter
1 bowl bing cherries
A bunch of vine tomatoes
3 zucchini
1 squash
1/2 cucumber
1 eggplant
red and orange peppers
a bunch of radishes
a bunch of cilantro
4 jalapeno peppers
1 onion
1 bottle UFO beer
Brita pitcher
organic 1/2 & 1/2
6 cans San Pellegrino Limonata
12 cans Copper Bell beer
1 can ginger ale
thick sliced bacon
baby arugula
sack of fingerling potatoes
1 loaf of bread
2 cartons brown eggs
14 egg yolks (left over from baking)
1 cup plain greek yogurt
ricotta cheese
dijon mustard
sharp cheddar
chevre
gruyere
pecorino
