First one is modified. I first saw it about 3 years ago when someone sent it to me claiming it was his.

The second one I'm not sure. It has been edited in someway (at 400% you can see the tale-tale grid from photo-shopping) but I don't think the size was altered. I'd also say that it's not flacid, just hanging.
