Reading about it medically - a males anal canal is slightly longer, and only slightly larger in diameter.
So I would imagine as far as that goes, no discernable difference. We are talking less than a cm.
The muscle structure in a male is less flexible than a female, but again the difference is small.
So I guess that answers the question... no real differnce.

I’ve never really noticed a difference. I do notice the difference in pleasure received. Male is a lot easier to feel pleasure an anally then women and I believe it’s due to the prostate.

That brings another question... is that always true?
