He'll probably change the computer keyboards with that of Arabic keys.

Arrest him and try him for treason along with the rest of his cronies. Then send him to Guantanamo after, of course, he's rendered to Syria for a round of questioning.

I thought Syria was turning a blind eye to the insurgents crossing their borders?

At the eleventh hour he'll pardon all of his cronies; he'll have huge paper shredder trucks parked all over the Whitehouse; he'll have to ask him self how he's going to live out the rest of his days in shame; maybe find Jesus again; maybe get a few more DWI's. I really don't care what happens to that selfish liar.

George who? You mean that drunk cheerleader who ran this country into the ground the way he did that baseball team and those oil companies when he was governor of Texas.

I say we run him out of town on a rail; but your idea is good too. :biggrin1:

I will never forgive Nancy for not impeaching Bush AND Cheney. They will sail away into retirement on taxpayer dollars while doing everything they could to fuck the taxpayers. Taxpayers got supremely fucked the last 8 years. Fucked so good they still don't know how good. And yes I bet he gives Scouter Libby a full pardon....one final fuck you. Take THAT!!

I can't say what I really feel because... well, just because... =)

So I'll settle for his trial at The Hague, along with Cheney and the rest of the Bush crime family.

George was extremely competent at one thing - improving profits for groups like the Carlyle group, so I'm sure they will find him a job to keep him occupied during his retirement.

Hopefully he will hear the message of the nation (and the world) and use the next few months productively and positively, looking towards the future, not the past.

I wouldn't piss on him if he were on fire...but then again,
maybe pissing on him would be fun....no wait, he might get off on that sort of thing.
I got it...waterboard him with piss instead of water.

I suppose the closest model we have for W is Nixon...who pretty much went into seclusion after he resigned in disgrace. Nixon, at least, became a bit respected for his foreign affairs perspectives and wrote several books. W will be best remembered for his lack of foreign affairs perspective and perhaps has never read a book.

I think its fairly certain that he will return to Texas (not Crawford, which Laura hates, but to Dallas). Perhaps he will lecture to SMU students, make a few appearances at conservative and religious conferences, and show up for funerals...but I just don't see much appetite or demand for him in the public sphere.

Many presidents like Nixon and Hoover have been judged by the negative actions they had on the country during their administrations. W will be judged not only on how he fucked the country during his term...but he will also be remembered for a generation on how he fucked over future generations through debt, energy policies, the bank failures, and other ineptitudes. He is nearly unique on that fact. Way to go W.

He could still be a useful ex-president... I actually still have some faith in him.
