This is my hopefully informed opinion.
No pill, herbal or chemical can alter the structure of the human body. Only genetics and exercise do that. Genetics can only do so much and exercise takes frequent practice and determination. Exercises for the penis are jelqing, there may be others. Don't buy the pills, be happy with what you've got it's a lot cheaper.

I agree with Knight. If any of the so-called male enhancement pills really did succeed in make a man's penis physically bigger the world would know in an instant. The only thing all these pills do is sustain or increase blood flow to the penis which makes a man's dick more erect thus giving the illusion of a larger dick when hard.
