Let's see: Most adult males have a fist width from knucle to knucle of about 3.5" with a max variation about 0.5" up or down (useful to estimate penis size when a guy hold his dick with one hand at the base).


The width of the fist from an average woman is about 3". The inside measure of a woman's forearm is about 8" long.

Look at the attached photo. The guy featured here is Shane Diesel. In this picture you see a large cock. And you know that it is large because half of the shaft is showing outside the WIDTH of the FIST holding it at the base (an average sized man's dick can't show such amount of shaft outside the fist if he holds the dick this way).
