I've always wondered what this was called. In the linked photo, you can see a ridge of skin going down the middle of the shaft, below the head. It's so sensitive, and feels great to touch. However, I rubbed my friend's penis (also circumcised) in the same spot, and he said it did not feel like anything.

I think you mean the Frenulum, it's usually intact for uncut men...and most circumcisions have that bit of skin removed so no it wouldn't feel the same on a cut man as it would an uncut man.

But both my friend and I are cut. How could he not feel a sensation, yet I could?

His circumcision severed the frenar nerve. Yours did not.

Yeah, I've had a couple of boyfriends who were cut, and for one of them the fenulum area still got him off, while for the other it was basically a dead zone. The latter guy was pretty upset about not having a frenulum. Glad to hear you're enjoying yours :)

    Right,

In a vast oversimplification, there are essentially two styles of circ.

In one case they pretty much go straight around in a circle, and leave the frenulum behind.

In the second, they also cut out the fenulum, which involves making a little wedge-shaped cut under the head.

Although circed, I'm one of the lucky ones since I'm not only fairly loose, but the guy also left my frenulum.
