good questions -- never thought about it that way, but if The Thing (as I call it) responds to PE, like my muscles respond to weight training, I don't see why it wouldn't be considered natural

As wish-4-8 will tell you, PE takes a long time to yield results, maybe even years before you reach your goals. The key is to be consistent as you will find others say here. I, myself, have gained about an inch in length through PE. So, it does work. Trust me.

Yes, it really does work. I have seen my penis grow in width from being my 2.5 of my middle 3 fingers wide to all 3 middle fingers wide. This was my original goal, but since achieving that within 7 to 8 weeks, I will continue on. Keep with it man!

BTW bro, 5.5" is the average length and 5.5" girth is pretty thick. Put the two together and I'd say you're decently above average and far from small. Just thought I'd say.
