In my line of work we've come across all sorts of "thievery"... plenty of missing bras / panties... not so many jocks and men's briefs.... but...then again .. a few cases....
I had my Speedo stolen from me! I put it on a hook just outside my shower and someone lifted it! I could not believe it. I like that suit too....so if your on this site and read this...give it back!
I wonder how many 'stolen' are guys who forget- how many of us have seen that bathing suit, or whatever hanging there for a long while- do these places have a lost and found or toss em? might be an interesting collection tho lol
