The funny thing was in the theatre, one of the people I was there with did that Nelson "Ha-Ha!" when Bart's penis was on screen. Then like 3 minutes later, they actually had Nelson doing the same thing for the same reason...

Nope, it's up on the screen, and for quite a while from what I remember... It's actually done with a lot of visual humor, but for a few awkward moments, it's the only thing that can be seen.
