yea that's it that's from the cache right, it is it but it's all screwed up a few of those sidebar buttons i took off several months ago

If you copy the text It may save you some time in rebuilding it at least.

well my webpage is up and running again i wrote to them yeterday via email and now everything is back to normal, who knew that one person could make something happen. Thanks for all your help, Welcome to Beyond Spirit
