My wife and I have been married for almost 29 yrs. I am quit a bit larger than avg. She is 60 and I am 53. In our younger yrs we used to make love at least 3 times a week (sometimes every nite). Now if we make love more than once a week it is unusual. The reason is that she gets sore and she needs time to "recover" before I penetrate her again. We use PLENTY of lube and she is excited enough to have multiple orgasms most of the time.

Can any of the ladies help us with this problem?

Please men I know you what to put your .02 in but let the ladies answer this please.

It could just be age catching up with her. If lubricant isn't the problem then the tenseness of the muscles involved might just be. . .

    what Ms. Dolfette said.

lose of vaginal elasticity and thinner vaginal tissue from decreased estrogen levels. she can talk her to obgyn about treatment options.

Apparently oestrogen suppositories are an option for older women to improve vaginal elasticity.
